Note: This trek package can be customized as per your need, covering all expenses from arrival upto departure. More person in a group helps to reduce the trek package as some of the cost can be distributed upon number of person. Such as guide cost remains same if you are travelling alone or with 4 other persons.
Accommodation: During the trek accommodation will be in tea houses/mountain lodges. All accommodation are served on twin sharing basis, single supplement will increase the price. But for the trek booked on single basis, you will be served on single supplement. During the trek during peak season it might be difficult to find room available on single basis.
Meals: During the trek we will provide breakfast, Lunch and Dinner serving tea 2-3 times as well as fresh fruits per day as per itinerary. There will be farewell dinner as well as souvenir from us.
Physical Conditions & Experiences: Physically fit person who can walk around 6 hrs per day for longer periods are good for this trek. Our Itinerary is well planned to provide good acclimatization as well as our guide will take good care of your health. It would be better to do prior exercise before the start of trek for period of at least few weeks.
Best Season for Langtang Trek: The best season for trekking in Nepal is Mid-September to Early December and February to May. During the second season wild flowers like rhododendron blooms and give more beautiful scene.

Q. What kind of training needed for Langtang Trek?
A. To do Langtang Trek, you do not need any kind of special training. But prior to the trek, at least one month ahead do Jogging, sprint. Do exercise which increase your stamina. It would be easier after this for the trek.
Q. Do I need a prior hiking experience to do Langtang Trek?
A. It is beneficial if you have prior multiple days hiking, if not also then its okay. We can do this trek slowly slowly, listening to the body. And also taking 2 days as acclimatization day during the trek. We have successfully done this trek with clients without prior trekking experience
Q. Which is the best month for doing Langtang Trek?
A. The best months for doing Langtang Trek are Mid March to May and Mid September to Mid December. June to August is monsoon time. January to March is winter and still trekking can be done with additional layers of clothes.

Arrival in Kathmandu
Upon arrival in Kathmandu, we will arrange a private car to pick you up from the airport and drop you off at your booked hotel. After freshening up, we'll provide a brief introduction to Nepal and trekking in Nepal, followed by a welcome dinner.

Kathmandu City Tour and Trek Preparation
If you are short on time, we can skip this day and start the trek immediately. Otherwise, enjoy a guided city tour of Kathmandu, a valley rich in temples, stupas, monasteries, and Durbar Squares, many of which are UNESCO World Heritage Sites. We'll visit Basantapur Durbar Square, Patan Durbar Square, and Boudhanath Stupa. Later, we'll prepare for the trek, meet your guide, and assist with buying or renting trekking gear in Thamel.

Kathmandu to Syabrubesi (1550m)
The trek starts with an early morning drive from Kathmandu to Syabrubesi, taking around 8 hours by Jeep or Bus. The scenic drive offers views of mountains, villages, and rivers. Stay overnight in Syabrubesi.
